Spectroscopic and Spectrometric Applications for the Identification of Bioactive Compounds from Vegetal Extracts

The use of spectroscopic and spectrometric techniques to isolate, quantify, characterize bioactive compounds from edible plants has become a common mandatory activity in food chemistry. As technology advances, diverse methodologies are being applied more frequently, which coupled most the time give best diagnosis information metabolite interest. In this paper, we state different approaches that have been performed by our research group identify, apply organic obtained some vegetal extracts. Through review, show importance those analytical tools evaluate possible impact included on diet for improving human health.
